Our policy is in compliance with ***It is not in our policy to pay for shipping for items that were bought incorrect due the customer fault on not knowing the product they are ordering forWe will issue the refund for the product once we get it but I can not do anything without the product in handIt is not on our company to pay for the shipping on this product when you clearly stated that the product was bought for the wrong make and model golf cart

The free shipping applies to the shipping of the product at the time of purchase not for the returnThe phone number is not listed due to ***'s policy to keep communication on their websiteAt the time of purchase you could have easily sent me a message, just as you did when you wanted to get information on the return, to get our help with making sure the product would fit the golf cart you were buying forI am not issuing a paid return label for a product that you bought for the wrong cartOur listing is detailed to help our customers so this issue does not occur

I am rejecting this response because: the seller's return policy does not align with the policy of ***. When I spoke to a customer service representative I was assured that a resolution could be reached with the seller. This has not been the case. This is not a policy issue it is a customer service issue.

Hello, I am sorry, but the customer ordered the part for the wrong cart. Ordering parts for a golf cart is just like ordering parts for a car, each make and model have specific specs and require certain types of partsOur listings provided the make and model of the cart to avoid issues like
this due to the high shipping cost so our customers are sure they are buying the correct productWe informed the customer that we would process the return and issue an unpaid shipping label for the itemWe are not refusing the return but per our policy we are not responsible for the return shipping cost on buyer remorse orders

I am rejecting this response because: A 2 Z Golf Supplies advertises "free shipping" and is not compelled to accept responsibility for the return shipping.  Also, the [redacted] return policy and customer service rep clearly states that the return policy is not clear cut but is between seller and customer to negotiate if there is an issue such as this.  I believed at the time of purchase that this part would fit the cart (it was a Christmas gift for my parents not for my own cart) and would have loved to confirm this but there was and still is no phone number available to call.  The seller is correct, the shipping for this large and heavy box is expensive and should not fall upon the customer to pay for.  They should not advertise "free shipping" when this is clearly not their policy.
