A 2 Z Painting and Remodeling

Tommy picked up a bed frame and two nightstands I wanted painted white. He required $1500.00 down and another $1500.00 before he would bring back my furniture. The day he was supposed to return my furniture, he stood me up with lame excuses. He said he would bring it the following day. So I had to reschedule important appointments to accomodate him. This was upsetting because he had already collected full payment, but I had to rearrange my schedule if I wanted my furniture back. He plays the, “I’m a Christian” card, expecting his lack of dependability to be overlooked.
Finally, he brought back my painted furniture. It is one of the sloppiest paint jobs I’ve ever seen. The nightstands he painted are ruined as well. I have decided to pay a junk hauler to come and get it all. I can see why he demands payment before finishing a job, because no one would pay him for such sloppy work.
In my opinion, Tommy is a crook operating as a Christian. Dealing with this individual is stressful with his arguments and excuses as to why he can’t keep his word and do what he says he will do. I am absolutely sick over the loss of $3000.00 I paid and lost. Now I’m faced with having to buy new furniture which I had not budgeted. If this review spares one person from going through what I’ve been through with this guy, then maybe it’s not a total loss.

I contacted A2Z Painting and Remodeling as well as other contractors to get a quote on getting some work done on my home. I wanted to remove the wall paper that been in my home for years and have it painted. A2Z came out asked some questions and were very professional, they gave me a quote. A2Z called a couple of days later to do a follow-up to see if I had any questions or concerns about the quote they provided and before I could advise that I had been given lower bids and wanted to do more research they advised that they will beat any competitors written quote by 15%. I decided to have them come out again and provide more details and then provided them a competitors written quote, they did give me the 15% discount and did an outstanding job. We have recommended A2Z to several friends and family and they too have been very satisfied with their work. We will use A2Z again and will continue to recommend them to everyone we know.

I contacted A2Z painting and Remodeling to get a quote on interior painting for my 3500 square foot home, Tommy came out and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He asked questions, took pictures, and didn't drag out the appointment. By the next morning I had a quote and it was very reasonable I called with several questions and concerns and A2Z answered ever question and not once seemed annoyed or impatient. I hired A2Z and they started right away and even finished ahead of schedule, they did a great job we are very happy with the outcome, so much so that they will be doing the exterior of our home in a few weeks.
