The owner was very difficult to talk to about a reason that the spa motor wasn't running. He kept insetting that it was my time clock which I tested two hours before he came so not having used them before I was concerned that it was not done right. He kept on saying it my time clock and he would have to charge for a revisit which made me even more concerned. I told him I would pay if it was my time clock but that didn't resolve anything and he hung up on me. I proceeded to turn the breakers and time clock on and off and the system started to work the way it should. The motor looks ok and runs but don't think I would use them again.
