1) the original cost was to clean the ENTIRE upstairs but do to schedule changes all was cleaned (prior) to your arrival & ONLY the kitchen surfaces were cleaned as I had cleaned the inside of cabinets etc; which by the way, the outside cabinets still had old dirt around all handles!!! The frig was moved out for you & would have been put back by us BUT you obviously decided to move it back halfway on your own which was apparently side to side instead of straight back BREAKING THE LINEWhen I noticed water on the floor (only time) you said, Oh I was going to mention that”Only after you left did the damage downstairs show up? 2)You didn’t even bring a mop to do the basement floor so you decided to do it by hand for that reason3)The call after, regarding a reduction, was due to the fact that the original bill was for the entire house, not just the kitchen & basementThe discount was discussed prior to your arrival & was for cash but no reduction was given for ? living room, bedrooms & bathI called after basement completed because my husband paid you in cash but didn’t realize nothing was deducted for the majority of upstairsI also was hoping you would see the error & correct it but you stuck to your guns without even considering the $was for the entire house, not just basement & kitchen(No matter if charged per hour or for area, a BIG area was not cleaned by youTherefore the charge should have need reduced!)The discount of $was only if we paid in cash! ?

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I will accept the $150.00 within 5 business days. Thanks,

The line for the refrigerator was not broken by me, the refrigerator was already moved away from the wall before I had arrivedThe leak occurred twice and was cleaned up both times, the complainant's husband had seen the leak the second time and had mentioned the line looked like it brokeI had
assumed he would've fixed it or told the complainant about it himself since he was the one that had moved the refrigerator away from the wallThe amounts that were charged are separate jobsBoth jobs performed are not based on hourly rates, but are priced by the jobOne was mold removal from the walls in the basement and I was asked to mop the tile floor in the basementThe other was cleaning drywall dust from the entire kitchen and entrance areas due to them remodeling their homeI had decided that hand mopping the floor using microfiber cloths was the best way to remove all of the dust from the wooden floor in the kitchen and entrance areas, and to mop the tile in the basement due to rust and calcium that I was trying to remove for them. The prices for both jobs were initially higher which the complainant had agreed was a fair price and was willing to payAfter doing the first cleaning, the kitchen and entrance areas, and the day I was to do the mold removal she had asked for a discount and I agreed to knock $off the price and she was satisfied with the amount I told her she would oweThe complaint about the amount didn't occur until after I had already been paid and had left to return home which is an hour and twenty minute drive from the complainant's residenceI also did additional cleaning that I was not asked to do, which I had decided to do free of charge

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI will accept the $within business days.
Thanks,

Thanks,

Though I am not claiming responsibility for the line breaking due to it had leaked while still pulled out, it may have been made worse when pushing the refrigerator back in which is when it leaked the second timeI am willing to return the $if it will resolve this matter
