The owner Jeff is very unprofessional and is causing more problems in breaking things on my car than fixing them.I do not want to go back their for anything due to him being untrustworthy and he might sabotage my car due to this complaint. Regards,

Business stated he would offer an in-store credit of $ He said the bezel was glued in there or jerry-rigged or stuck up in there to the best it could be stuck

Business stated they would not send a refund If customer wants, she can come to the shop and receive in-house service or oil change but business will not send a check

The power window bezel or master switch, for all windows, was not off or broken when I dropped the car off at A4A Electric in Ellesmere, KY.The bezel or master switch which has plastic black trim that fits around the whole unit was broken at the two bottom sides and also at the top part of the bezel or master switch on drivers side door that he broke. The  wiring he mentioned was in the  harness at the bottom right side and those wires where broken so my windows would not go up or downand that is the reason I took it to him in the first place to get it fixed.He also took the weather stripping off that was attached to my frame door, no reason to do this. Plus he did not put it back on so it hung off the frame to make it hard to shut door. He also banged under my car, that might have affected my muffler, for no reason when I picked up the car and went into his  garage to get my car.I think this is a cruel thing to do to someone to break things on my car for no reason, he is a liar that it was broken already  and I would never use this business repair shop againor recommend it to anyone else for that matter.Regards,

Received an email from the customer stating:I would like to receive a check for 80.00 dollars.I do not want an in store credit.The master switch or Bezel was not stuck or gluedand it was not broken prior. He could of just unscrewed the master switch to get it off. The Bezel is black trim molding attached to the master switch. He can send you the check and then you can send it to me.
