Contacted the above Company A $Any Sewer or Drain, Inc They come out to look at the job after speaking to them on the phone to confirm there price and advised them I wanted to clean out my main sewer line Was advised over the phone that each line would be When they arrived to clean out one line there price changed and now they are charging x the amount quoted and advertised I don't think they ever charged the amount they advertise This is advertisement Since I only had one sewer line cleaned out into the street Please advise how someone can advertise falsely and still be able to be in business and get away with it

I contacted this company on the morning of March *, 2016. They scheduled their field technician to arrive at my home between 4-7pm. At 830pm, I was informed that they would not be arriving that night because of a issue with the plumber's equipment. At that point, we rescheduled for them to come the next day between 7am-10am. At 9am on March **, 2016, I contacted the "Any Sewer or Drain" company and heard two of the women arguing with one another in the background about how someone should have told me the plumber doesn't get in that day until 9am. Once they were done arguing with each other, one of them got back on the phone and very unprofessionally, let me know the plumber would be to me as soon as he could. The plumber came and while he was here, left particles all over my bathroom from a piece of his equipment without any care at all. On March **, 2016, we contacted them to come back as the issue arose with our plumbing once more. I was told by a man on the phone that someone would be arriving after 12pm on March **, 2016. 3pm came and went. At 3:20pm, my husband called them and they said they would be another hour. At 3:35pm, the company left a voicemail on my cell phone saying that no one would be coming today and that I would need to reschedule. AGAIN - Reschedule, again. I contacted the company where I was immediately greeted with an attitude and everyone at the company engaged in an argument with me, as if it were my fault they couldn't make their appointment. The staff is unprofessional, unethical and it seems to be the dynamic of the entire company. Not to mention, leaving "particles" of plumbing equipment around someone's home is not only disgusting but dangerous to the health of those in the home.

Review: I was charged twice for the same day service. I called several times and was told the "franchise" does the charging and they would contact them and nothing happened. I spoke to both managers (Ken & Julie). Finally had to place a fraud alert on my credit card to get it resolved. So $49.95 plus tax ended up charging me $58.33 twice and my sewer line is still leakingDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the over charge ($58.33)

Review: Company was called into sneak out my drain on ** May 2015 on ** May which is five days after that drain was clogged again was not going through my basement was flooded again I call company to let them know the situation at 6:45 on the [redacted] 2015. They told me they didn't have any availability they were all booked Company called me at 1:30 I was still at work I told them that I will be home at 4 o'clock she told me someone will be there at 4pm.... [redacted] on the phone was very rude to me one associate went to the phone told me that my money not needed I should call Other company

Review: My landlord scheduled this company to fix an issue in my apartment. The conversation between the company and my landlord stipulated that the company would arrive at my apartment between 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. At 7:15 PM, I called the company to inquire about the lateness. They said they could arrive as late as 9:30 with no explanation. At 9:30 PM, my roommate called to inquire as to why they still had not arrived. They said they would be there in 30 minutes. At 10:20 PM, my roommate called again and we were told once it again it would be another 30 minutes. It is 10:50 PM and they still have yet to arrive. I have informed my landlord of this mess.Desired Settlement: This is a ridiculous way to run a business. Showing up at someone's residence, if they ever do, 4 hours past the original agreement time is unprofessional and discourteous.

At this time, I have not been contacted by The Original $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Since my complaint, the dispatcher of the business continued to tell me until 2 AM a plumber was coming. Finally, they admitted no one was coming but they would offer me 5% off my service. The next day at 8 AM the plumber came. The company also denied they offered us 5% off our service. Since then, there has been no correspondence.

HOWEVER, IN THE PREVIOUS DATE OF 2013, THE WORKER REMOVED THE TWO LEGS FROM UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK AND CAUSED THE FIXTURE DETACH FROM THE WALL WITH RUPTURE OF THE GOOSE NECK AND WATER PIPES FITTINGS.

I TRIED TO CONTACT THE BUSINESS WHICH SHOWS AN ADDRESS IN [redacted] THEN I CALLED THEIR VARIOUS NUMBERS PRINTED ON THEIR RECEIPTS, MOST RECENTLY LAST WEEK I SPOKE TO A LADY WHO DENIED GIVING ME THEIR LEGAL ADDRESS AND CUT ME OFF MY: " GET OFF MY PHONE YOU..." "WE DO NOT GIVE ADDRESS OVER THE PHONE.."

I AM WILLING TO ASK THEM TO MAKE THE REPAIRS WHICH, OTHERWISE, WILL COST ME $546.00 AS PER ESTIMATE.

Review: I have used this company multiple times and today I had them come service one of our customers. The mechanic that came removed the toilet and leaned in on an angle on the wall. The toilet ended up falling and the toilet broke. We called the company to find out how we can resolve the issue and they told one of our workers they will replace the toilet. Then they packed up there things and left without even clenaing the drains. When we called them back they said it wasn't their fault and they would not do anything to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: We would like the toilet that this company broke replaced.

Review: We requested the drain cleaning service for $49.95. The technician showed up and insisted we need to purchase a "special" chemical for $75 which we bought thinking he was the expert. The chemical did not do anything.

When I called back, the "[redacted] stated that the people are franchisee and they have no control of their actions. They cannot send anybody else but the same person since they own the franchise in the area. In addition, they cannot take the chemical back and I would have to pay for the same person who scammed me the first time another $49.95 for drain cleaning, which was what we initially requested. [redacted] hung up the phone as I was speaking. I called back and he said he did not hang up the phone (no effort was made from him to call me back as he had my phone number when he was looking at my record).

Customer service was horrible, product was useful, technician was a scam artist.

Review: I am the owner of a property located at [redacted] . On May [redacted] 2015 I contracted with this company to unclog my main sewer drain line. They charged me a price of $360.00 to perform this service even though their advertising says very clearly that its $49.95 any sewer or any drain to be unclogged. I was also told that upon completion of their initial visit the entire job comes with a thirty days warranty.

unfortunately within a few days after they left the same problem reoccurred. I contacted them and I was told that the earliest that some one could have returned to see what the problem was would be on June [redacted] 2015. I agreed and a appointment was confirmed. When they got to the location I was a few minutes late in arriving with my keys in order for them to access the room where the sewer is located. Never the less, I had someone in my place waiting on them and their technician was made aware of this once he arrived. Instead of waiting for at least a few minutes because I wasn't too far away, he decided that he was too busy to wait for my arrival. Instead he told my associate that we should buy ammonia, bleach or any other deodorizer to cope with the stench that was coming from the sewer.

I decided that I would contact their main office to try and reschedule an appointment for the following day. Instead to my surprise I was asked to pay an additional $150,00 for them to come back out because my warranty was null and void. This was said to me because I was a few minutes late in meeting their technician on the [redacted] of June.

I bluntly refused and asked to speak to a supervision, I was told that wasn't possible. Therefore, I had to alternative but to call in Another plumbing company to complete a job that I had already paid for. To my surprise myself and the other technician discovered that the line was never unclogged properly. This I can substantiate from the pictures that were taken at the time in question. I also ended up paying another bill that could and should have not been necessary. I totally blame This company for doing spotty work, not honoring their warranty, and charging me excessively when their advertising totally contradicts what I actually paid.

Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of $360.00 because the service promised was never completed as per our contractual agreement. Also for them not standing behind their own guarantee/warranty.Desired Settlement: Refund of my monies paid, because the job was never completed.

Review: Living on the lower level of a home, I expect to have sewer or plumbing problem of some sort. Especially if the owner does not clean the drains periodically. Recently I had the sewer back up and every drain in the house overflow. I contacted the owner who immediately called roto-rooter who came out and gave a quote. He originally stated that the problem appears to be the main sewer line. The owner did not agree with the rate given and sought another company($49.95 any sewer or drain) to do the job. On the website it clearly states that this company operates 24-7. But on this particular day no techs were available to come out, so we had to wait for the following day. The next day the office gives me a courtesy call that the tech will be arriving, 30mins later the guy shows up. He ask what was the problem, I explained the situation. He asked to have access to the sewer trap. He told the owner to sign a release form and he could begin working. He snaked the sewer trap and told the owner that he found baby wipes in the line. He told me to check the toilet to see if it was backed up. Which I did, and it seemed like he fixed the problem. The owner paid the guy and he left. "Problem solved" I thought. The very next day I noticed that the drain was still moving sluggish. About an hour later the toilet begin to overflow again. That's when we called the office to have them send someone out again. This time the guy came out and gave the same diagnostic, that baby wipes and hair was clogging up the line. So now I'm confused because if this was the case why didn't he remove everything the first night he was out. Keep in mind all the drains in the house are backed up (kitchen and bathroom). He tells the owner that it will cost more money to unclog the shower. The owner agrees and pays. This tech was in a complete rush the whole time he was there, and he assured us that the problem was fixed. So I began to clean up the mess that was created by this catastrophe (mopping, sanitizing), the whole nine. I even rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot. Thinking that the issue was resolved we tried to get the house back in order. Three days later the landlord upstairs flushes the toilet and again all the drains in the house backed up. This time I get furious. The kids have to go to school, they can't take a shower. We can't use the bathroom. We can't even wash the dishes. I call the company that night and again they tell me to wait until tomorrow no techs are available. The following day the same tech that has been here the previous two times comes again. This time he tells us it's a problem with the main sewer line and he has to snake the whole line. And at the same time he is telling the owner and his boss that the problem is baby wipes. He tells my girlfriend to turn on the water in the toilet he needs to check the line. He then flushes the toilet multiple times and walks outside to talk on the phone. That's when my girlfriend ran and told him the toilet began to overflow. Now I'm really furious I call to speak to the tech and he doesn't want to talk to me. All he says is I don't speak to tenants. But he talked all the time he was there before the problem. I then call the office, who got rude with me and told me that its baby wipes that's clogging the line. I began to disagree with that assumption, when I was cut off by the clerk who rudely stated "I don't talk to tenants" and hung up in my face. I then called the tech at the house who refused to get on the line with me. So I had my girlfriend put me on speaker phone. I asked him was he going to clean up the mess he made from flooding the apt. And he stated no. Then he said that I cleared him from doing his job and he left. He just walked out left the apartment flooded did not even fix the problem that he was sent to fix on multiple occasions. The company basically ripped us off and never fixed the problem to begin with. They also did more damage to the home than there was before he came. Review: 49.95 any sewer or drain came to the house 12-**-14on went down the drain . I call $ 49.95 cleared drain (lop sink in basemet) in the pipe the tech said it sometime happens and gave me a price to fix the pipe. he said he does sewers drain and pipe. so I agreed the next day

12-**-14 he coame bach and finished the job. he gave a 6 month guarentee . the ifrst time he came he driver the company van and did the same the next day. I could not wash clothed due to back problem january I di a laod and the the pipes are leaking . so I called the tech said he would fix it weeks go by I call $49.95and asked for a supervisor and sent him copies . where was told they are not responsible for the work done under there company name I pay this company.Desired Settlement: fix the job give back the money paid

Review: The sink in the basement for my washing machine is slow to drain. A technician came out and snaked it, the water drained out. I tested it by doing a load of laundry and I was still having the same problem. I called them back and the tech came back stating it was probably the sewer line and he left. I called the company back to have this resolved and they sent the same technician who now tells me it's the dry well and I have to call someone else to fix that. He was rude and didn't bother to take a look and see if maybe it could of been the sewer line instead of guessing what might be the problem. As a matter of fact, my home doesn't even have a dry well so this definitely tells me how incompetent this guy is. I called & spoke to a supervisor who then asks me do I know where the sewer line is in my home. Why should I know where it is. I thought I called a qualified sewer and drain company but it was obvious this is not the case. The supervisor informed me he would send someone else out and no one has come. They are very unprofessional and incompetent.

I don't think they ever charged the amount they advertise. This is FALSE advertisement. Since I only had one sewer line cleaned out into the street. Please advise how someone can advertise falsely and still be able to be in business and get away with it.

Review: Business was called for an emergency response of clogged main. Promised to be there in 3 hours and after multiple calls promising they would be there never arrived. Called them back and was given excuses and a promise we would be the first stop in the morning. Waiting until 1:30 pm for the service person to show up unprepared without proper tools to do job. They asked homeowner for flashlight and then walked off the job while lying about going to getting flashlight from his truck. The representative himself seemed a bit incoherent; mumbling and mostly intelligible and then ran off without notice, leaving us in mid-flood. When the dispatch service was called back, they hung up on us. Completely unprofessional service. Future customers should be aware and avoid this service.Desired Settlement: To make aware future customers of a dishonest and unprofessional service so future customers can avoid the headaches and additional damage that we had to endure.
