Ordered food for delivery at 6 pm on 11/21/15. Estimated delivery was 45 minutes. Never received food and called multiple times in regards to when the food would arrive. The lady answering the phone was extremely difficult and would not answer when the driver would deliver our food. Called again at 8 pm and the issue was still not resolved.
Never received our food and was extremely disappointed. I will not recommend this restaurant to others, nor will I be eating here again.

On the evening of March 24th, I ordered pepper steak and white rice from A8 China kitchen. After the food arrived at 11:50pm or so, as I began to eat the pepper steak I realized after a few bites that my stomach was beginning to respond negatively to this food. When I first glanced at the food it did not look like normal pepper steak. At 8:42am, 1:23pm,1:29pm, 10:42pm, and 10:52pm on March 25th to get in touch with a manager to receive a refund for the meal. When I spoke with the manager and began telling him how I was sick, he proceeded by saying, "so you only ate one piece of my food and got sick? My food did not make you sick." For approximately, 20-30 minutes he proceeded to cut me off and talking loudly over me while ranting about how he did not receive a tip and how he delivered my food even though it was after closing hours. He was irate and attempted at several moments to get off the phone with me. Although he agreed to pay for one meal, I cannot trust that the food that I was given was free of any poisons. I was not satisfied with the communication from the manager nor any of the services they offer.
