A 88 Affordable Appliance Repair

On November 1, 2011 I called 'A 88 Affordable Appliance Repair' in Billings, MT to work on my 2 year old 'GE Quiet Power 1.' It was making a loud clicking sound and not draining. I think the guys' name is [redacted], but he is real hard to understand. He was able to come over the same day and look at it. When he got here he wanted to take it out in the front yard to work in it. When he got it outside he tried pulling on the plastic propeller looking thing and broke the plastic base it sits in. He said "That's no problem I will fix that." I asked him what kind of training he had for working on appliances, to which he responded "The school of the hard knocks." I ignored that comment and told him that he could take the dishwasher and work on it at his shop. He said he would have it back in one week. Eight days later I called him to check on the status, he said he was still waiting on the part from Chicago. He said the part was on its way and we agreed to meet at my house on Monday the 14th. On Monday I called him and he said "Your dishwasher is good to go," and asked to meet the next day. On Tuesday morning I called him and we agreed to meet at 4:00 pm. At 4:15 I called him and he said "I wont be able to make it, your dishwasher isn't worth fixing." I told him he needed to bring it back. He got real upset with me and told me to "Go buy a $35 one from the mission, they work fine." He finally agreed to bring it back. He got to my house about 5:00 pm and carried the dishwasher into my kitchen, dripping a lot of water through the house. He set it down and said "I need to run out to my truck for a clip." He got in his truck and drove off. I called him to see why he drove off and why he didn't fix the part that he broke, he started yelling on the phone and said he was done helping me. Not only did he not fix the problem I called him about, he didn't fix the part that he broke. I asked him why he left the dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and he said "Its illegal for me to install dishwashers."
