Received a voicemail from Mrand returned his call yesterday as this was the first communication I personally receivedI informed Mrvia voicemail that I apologize for the confusion and poor service and will issue a refund ASAP I left my contact information for him to return my call

We are working with the Insurance Adjuster to rectify this situation and will contact *** *** ASAP with satisfactory resolution to this matter

This issue was investigated by management and the customer was refunded all monies requested and should see the funds soon
