Total criminalsThey are liars and cheatNone of the drivers speak English or at least they pretend not to speak the languageThey didn't even come close to showing up when they said they would (day late)and then they didn't want to drive the semi up my streetSo they took one of the cars they were hauling off the truck, jacked up that cars bumper while unloading (I saw the whole thing since I had to come meet them and take them to my house)Once they got there they didn't want to take our car because there was some small boxes in the backI was told we could put boxes in the car, as long as they were small and didn't come up to the glassThen the driver said he would take our car but he wanted cash from usHard to support a business that is full of lies, and scamsSHADY!
eek-Edit I strongly suggest that you look to another company to deal with My car was to be picked up on Feb 20th in California (which it was) and dropped off at it's location in Kansas on Feb24th (which it wasn't) On day of supposed delivery I called to get approximate time I was then told by the EXTREMELY RUDE [redacted] of AAA Anytime that the truck had never left Los Angeles Evidently the truck had broken down and the driver never notified AAA Anytime or me for that matter I understand not their fault, but ***'s lack of professionalism, customer service and empathy (which is key in customer service) was non-existent I also dealt with a young woman who I will say was very polite When I asked [redacted] what they were going to do, I was toldNOTHINGit was out of their control Once the car was picked up it was no longer their problem (his exact words) So I said to him, I pay you to deliver my car, you hire a truck out and if something goes wrong you do nothing to oversee the car getting delivered He said correct My problem was with the driver, not them When I asked for a credit of some type I was told by [redacted] to take it up with the driver When I had asked to speak with a manager, [redacted] again rudely told me that there was nobody above him to speak with Whenever I tried to talk, he talked/yelled over me At one point I was speaking and he cut me off and said anything else you need The young woman I spoke with did give me the name of the owner of the company, [redacted] I was told to send and e-mail to the address that sent me my documents and that someone would respond to my e-mail in hoursthat was February 25, and as of this writing on March 2, 2015, have not heard one wordI'm sorry, AAA Anytime should know that [redacted] does not represent their company well and if they accept his service, then shame on them If sending an e-mail to the owner regarding a complaint goes unanswered, then again shame on them They DON'T deserve your business!!! So over next couple of days I had to deal with trucking company who AAA Anytime contracted to pick up my carwas given the run around about how truck was broken downyada yada yadanot my problem AAA Anytime should have worked with company they contracted to find a way to get my car to me Finally on Sunday, March car was deliveredbut not before I threatened to call police and report my car stolen as I didn't have car Never do business with themthey will neither help you with delivery or give you any type of compensation for the hasslethey could have easily gave me a credit of the fee that was paid to them for my troubles but no Not their problem according to *** One more thing, before you flag my review as not having been your customer and to take it down, I will NOT take it down and I have the paperwork and credit card charge to prove that I WAS and NEVER again will be your customer NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY!!
Back in March I needed my car shipped from New York to Florida before I had to leave for a business tripThe company that made many promises let me down at the last minuteI was referred to AAA Anytime, Incby a friend, well, they saved the day and picked up and delivered my car on time and at the priced we agreedThey did a great job
AAA seems to be a mixed bagThey picked my car up in Poway CaliforniaIt got to Tampa about when they said it would.; That's when the problems beganThe driver called me multiple times on one day and didn't seem to know how to use a GPS or where his drops were goingI made the mistake of telling him I was disabled, didn't work and was flexible on the deliveryI told him if he needed to make me the last stop of the day (evening hours okay) then do itAt 8:p.m.he called and said he was in a different city and had one more drop and then would come to meI told him that would be midnight by the time he got here and to just make his other drop and go get a shower and some sleepHe called at 9:a.m the next morning, dropped the car off, left it running and I got in as he drove off with the keyless remoteI had to drive miles to run him down and get itAAA said sorry for your trouble but no credit or refundWouldn't think of using them again
I am a teacher new to Las VegasI hired this company to transport my Mustang from Florida when I moved hereI knew nothing about them as I was recommended by my neighbor, but I am pleased to share my positive experienceThe move was fastIt arrived here after daysIt's in the same condition and I have no complaints about the customer serviceI am satisfied beyond expectations
