Hello there!I am writing you to inform you of the way I was treated by [redacted] at AAA Appliance. I had them over to order a part needed for my refridgerator and it appears to be a known ongoing part issue with the manufactuer, so G.E is helping people a bit with the bill. I talked to [redacted] at G.E ###-###-#### option * then option * then Ext. [redacted]. She is a very nice girl and has been trying very hard to stay in touch with me and make sure the issue gets repaired. I was advised by [redacted] that G.E will be paying the labor and "home call" they called it which was the total of $105.00 and I would be responsible for the part which was $89.00. Finally [redacted] the tech called my step Dad last week on the 23rd and asked if he could meet him that day at my home to put in the part but when he told him the price they had the wrong info. So I called [redacted] and she at that time was Extremely nice to me and said she would make sure the issue is taken care of on their end so they had the correct pricing when they come out and she would call back that day. Later that day still no call so I called her and she said she had not gotten around to it she would get back to me. I called today 12-28-11 and she was this time VERY NASTY to me. Almost had me in tears she kept talking over top of me and yelling at me telling me I never called in last week (Which I have documented notes from talking to her!!) And that she is hanging up on me she I'd DONE! I called back and told her I am the customer and dont appreciate this treatment and I want to talk to the owner [redacted], she advised me "He will NOT be calling YOU back!" and that I better stop running that "mouth of mine" And that she is shipping the parts back to G.E and that I better start the process all over with someone else. And hung up! I am appauled that this business operates in a fashion that lets their employees treat their customers this way.
