I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We spoke with [redacted] this morning and we are sending her a check for the amount she spent on a chimney liner installation and the permit. [redacted] was very happy with this outcome.
