Description:
The constituent said his grandson was driving in the snow, and his car slipped into a ditch. The constituent said he called AAA. One tow truck came out, and the driver said he would not be able to pull the vehicle out. Another truck came, and that driver was also unable to help.
The constituent said he called a tow company himself to get the car towed. He said AAA only reimbursed him for $50 of the $182 bill.
