Last summer AAA Mudjackers leveled my back patio and it looked great. [redacted], the owner, let me know it had a 1 year warranty. Over the winter the patio raised another half inch in the exact same area that was fixed by them. [redacted] came back in May and told me it would cost another $300 to fix. I asked why since it was less than one year and its the exact problem they addressed last summer. He said, "I'm not a mind reader" how was I to know that side would adjust. I told him he was the professional and should have assessed it properly. He let me know I was not making sense. He then said if I didn't want to pay I should just to cover it with a rug. Once he realized I was not planning to pay he stormed off the properly letting me know I'm an unreasonable customer.
