Description:

I sent one of my vehicles down to my family for my brother to fix and keep. The AAA driver showed up in

front of my house meeting someone he knew and having a conversation. She then pulled off and I

walked down to talk to him. 2 minutes into our conversation he rudely stops talking to me to answer his

cell phone and argue with a girlfriend in front of me. The call lasted about 5 minutes. This went on in

front of my nephew. He then told her he had something for her he wanted to drop off. He loaded up my

car and I gave him my families contact info as they were going to meet him at the garage. He left my

home at around 5:45. Around 8 my mother called me saying she had been waiting forever and he still

hadn't shown up. I called AAA who told me he had to change his headlights and he would be another 45

minutes. Next my mother got a call from the driver and he told her he blew a tire and that is why he was

late. He said he had about 80 miles to go. The whole trip was only 97 miles. Now he has had almost

3.5 hours to get there and he still has 80 miles left. On top of everything AAA can do nothing for me or

even tell me where my vehicle is as he doesn't have a gps. I'm disgusted and livid about the service I'm

receiving. My mother has my grandmother living with her on hospice and she left her to pick up this car.

It is also mothers day and my parents anniversary tomorrow so she had planning, cooking, and other

errands to run. Instead she is sitting inside the wendy's across the street waiting for this driver for 2

hours and counting.
