Inappropriate caregivers were assigned to my home care for my back injury.Return calls were promised but never received after complaints made. Invoice # INXXXXXX service period 10/6/XXXX-XX/12/2014Client Rep [redacted] took all the details of the injury and requirements needed for weekend 12hour +12 hour homecare, but caregivers assigned were ill-prepared for situation. Day caregiver [redacted] left patient alone in bathroom, went to TV room to play on iPhone, and seemed unaware it was her job to attend patient at toilet. Night caregiver [redacted] arrived without a back support or nurse's notes, was concerned to protect her own back, and was unaware there could be any physical lifting of injured patient at all.Desired SettlementCall back must be received and issues responded to for expected customer service and obvious lack thereof, RE: Why assign these caregivers without preparing them but expecting client to pay? Are caregivers claiming LVN status to the client really licensed or misinformed what LVN means? Why did caregiver leave injured patient alone in bathroom when there was a fall risk indicated by previous fall on her back? Why was night nurse not informed of this patient needing physical assistance?
