It was not months in between visitsAs stated before, I did not realize there was no hem sewed into the dress - the dress was only cutAs stated before after I realized this, I took the dress backI paid for the dress to be altered correctly and NOT for the dress to be cut onlyBecause the dress did get a hem, it will unravel when washed
When I went back in to discuss this issue, and attempt to resolve it and I was told: that I asked for the dress to be cutthen the story changed to she told me she was going to cut itI complained that the dress was cut instead of seem removed and re-sewedI asked to speak with the manager to resolve this issue and for the dress to be fixedI was ignored in the store and I never received a call from the manager as requested
I was also never told about a time frame that I could not bring the dress back if I was dissatisfiedNothing is posted in the storeI cannot be held responsible for this information not being communicated
Long story short: I made it very clear that I did not want my dress cut and it wasI paid for the dress to be altered, not for someone to take scissors to the bottom of it and just cut off the excess
