Mr *** called for service on his Asko Dishwasher on 07/07/stating that his plumber advised him that the drain hose was cracked and leakingWe arrived on 07/to replace his drain hoseAs per our company policy we attached felt pads to the leveling legs to prevent any damage to the
floorWe had to use a bucket to check the dishwasher drain as there was some plumbing work ongoing and could not attach the drain hose to his sink plumbingAt this time we discovered a leak in the inlet valve and advised Mr *** we would return at a later date to replace the inlet valveWe returned on 07/19 to replace the inlet valve which did not require removal of the dishwasher from the cabinet. Mr *** was charged for a service call($89.95) plus the hose($60.00) plus minutes labor time to install the hose($90.00)On 07/he was charged for the inlet valve($125.00) and the additional minutes labor time to install the valve ($90.00)Mr *** was under the impression that there would not be any additional labor for the valveThis was a misunderstanding by Mr ***We do not charge another SERVICE CALL if we need to install additional parts he was only charged for the additional time required to replace that second partFurthermore Mr *** was well aware that there was not a place to attach his drain hose under his sink at the conclusion of the 07/repairAs for the floor scratches we cannot accept responsibility as we used measures expressly meant to prevent that from happening and he did not bring to our attention until days after we had removed the dishwasher for the initial repair. We can only assume his plumber was responsible for the scratches and plumbing leaks as there was ongoing plumbing work being done

Mr *** ice maker required parts that were not immediately availablethis delayed the completion of the repairWE have contacted Mr *** and we are returning his repaired icemaker on August

In again speaking to my technicians we dispute Mr *** version of the events in his houseMy techs never indicated that we were responsible for any floodingWe would like to see the video surveillance of the first dishwasher repairWe are willing send the technicians and the service manager to Mr *** home to view the video and discuss the issues he is complaining about

While servicing this customers air conditioner our technician was cut in the hand by the fan blade causing him to bleed. We recognize this as an unfortunate accident and have offered to steam clean the a/c unit and return it promptly. This would probably be able to be done in the same day. We...

have been corresponding with her daughter, the dealer and the manufacturer about this and the neither the dealer or the manufacturer is offering a replacement a/c. The manufacturer has approved of our solution (steam cleaning) to the customers main concern of the blood that got on the a/c chassis. As of today (08/10) this customer has been unresponsive to this offer.

I am rejecting this response because:
There was no ongoing plumbing work going on at my house at the time. My plumber came to change the drain to allow 2 dishwashers to be hooked up. I also have a full surveillance system in my house that I would be more than happy to play for you showing my plumber never touched the dishwasher, and I would love for your tech to show me where he placed felt pads under the dishwasher on the video playback from my kitchen. Your tech admitted on the phone to me he flooded my kitchen. If this is not handled professionally by Petes, I will have no problem taking legal action against the company.
