HELLO [redacted] ,My name is [redacted] I'm with A&A Appliance Leasing and need to talk to You about a complaint # [redacted] for Mrs [redacted] , She rent a washer and dryer with our company and a few months back she have complaint about her washer and We resolve the problem by going back and replacing the washer,When our service person work on the washer here at the warehouse He didn't find out any problem with the washer, We already send it to an other customer and there is no other complaint about it,What We have find out with other customers is that the washers over flow because they put to much clothes and with the volume of that and water that's why over flow and We always recommend customers not to use the equipment if they not going to be home that's a common cense That's why they sign the agreement that We are not responsable for anything that happen Durant the use of the equipment, customers need to have renter insurance If You have any questions please call me back at [redacted] *** Thanks

I am rejecting this response because [redacted] contacted or leasing office and Sunburst to ask for a pdf showing the cost of the damage.  At no time did they indicate they would not pay. If damage was not their fault, there would be no reason to ask for these documents.
