A thorough investigation was conducted by our Safety Manager and Superintendent responsible for the job near this residence. After the investigation, we concluded that we were most likely not at fault for the damage to the curb and notified the claimant by telephone.

We often are the last contractor performing work at a location and as such are the target of phone calls and complaints. However, the damage to the curb in front of Ms. [redacted]'s residence has already been repaired. The repair was performed prior to our formal response that was mailed on July 26, 2016.
