Review: On 11/**/2014 My vehicle was involved in a car accident on the [redacted], in Brooklyn NYC, the police were called several times but did not show up we exchanged each others contacts. I called my insurance company [redacted] & Filed a Claim, My car was badly impacted there was lots of smoke coming out of it the radiator was dragging on the ground & it was also leaking on the ground as well the hood of the car was dented, the radio and window stop working the shift gears were tight and the tires were wobbling and the driver side of the vehicle had been badly hit the car barley made it 15 min to the location where I had to leave it parked in order for to get towed to a auto shop. I told [redacted] as much as I could tell them that was obvious to my eyes. They refereed a select a service shop named A & A Auto Body Of The Bronx they towed my vehicle there after a week & a half they said it was repaired, the minute I turned the car on I instantly noticed they didn't fix the shift gears, radio, nor power steering nor the window & that the tire was wobbling I pointed that out to the shop adjustor he said [redacted] didn't tell him to repair those things I was upset he said I had to call [redacted] & do a supplemental claim which I did to then find out that shop doesn't do mechanical work, I didn't understand why my car was referred there if they were not qualified to do mechanical work as my car had to be towed there due to the nature of accident it definitely needed mechanical work, I had to find another shop, then it took 21 days 21 days for them to finally tell me my claim was denied, claiming the issues are wear an tear, so I went pick up my vehicle from the the mechanic shop where it sat waiting for a decision only to find out it had no Fluids and the car wont drive so I bought the fluids & the car stop driving the car was towed to back to A&A & they decided once again its wear & tear, I drove from Fl to NY with no issues now my car wont drive at all since the accident I cant get back to FL.Desired Settlement: PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF OF [redacted] SELECT A SERVICE REPAIR SHOP OPTIONS, THEY NEED TO ADMIT THEY WERE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO ALL THE WORK THAT MY CAR NEEDED DONE THEY WERE ONLY QUALIFIED TO DO BODY WORK YET THEY TOOK THE CAR INSURANCE COMPANY & MY $500 DEDUCTIBLE BUT DIDN'T FIX THE CAR ENTIRELY NOR FULLY ASSESSED THE DAMAGES FROM THE CAR ACCIDENT, THIS SHOP IS IRRESPONSIBLE, LAZY, AND NOT ALL QUALIFIED TO DO ALL REPAIR ISSUES, THE ADJUSTOR ON SITE BLAMES THE INS.COM FOR NOT DOING HIS JOB ADJUSTMENT
