Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint This does not satisfy me my sensor worked completly fine befire I took it to auto doctor mike did not tell us about any kind of silicone on the sensor and failed to show me and my husband the old valve stem,all with in minutes he had lost it....me and my husband watched the new guy take the tire off and break the valve stem ourselves...flat out watched him do it....and never said a word to me until my sensor went off in the car and again could not back up his claim if silicone with actual proof...my sensor worked fine until they broke it flat out! Company response provided by phone 7/15/16-***MrJimmy from the company states that the consumer came in with two tires that she had purchased from another companyHe states that as MrMike was changing the tire me notices that the sensors were damaged and there was silicone near the sensorMr Mike then put on a valve system so that the consumer would be able to get homeMrJimmy states that it is unfortunate that the valve broke but they did not charge the consumer for the valve and they did not cause the damage to the tire
