GOOD AFTERNOON, IN RESPONSE TO [redacted] HE WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS FINANCE UNDER THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT HE SIGN ON THE JUNE 2, 2017.  THE ONLY REASON THAT WE HAD TOLD MR. [redacted] ABOUT THE SECOND CONTRACT WAS IN HELP FOR HIM BECAUSE HE NOTIFIED US HE HAD LOST HIS SECOND SOURCE OF INCOME FROM WINCO.  WHICH HE WAS ALL READY DISCHARGED ON APRIL 30, 2017 SO HE WASN'T EVEN WORKING WHEN HE SAID AND STATED ON HIS APPLICATION WHEN HE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE.  IN ORDER FOR US TO ACCOMMODATED MR. [redacted] WE HAD TOLD HIM WE CAN LOWER HIS PAYMENTS BY PUTTING $500 MORE DOWN AND EXTENDING IN AMOUNT OF TERM FOR HIS CONTRACT TO GIVE HIM A LOWER MONTHLY DOWN PAYMENT. MR. [redacted] SIMPLY DID NOT WANTED TO KEEP THE VEHICLE AND WANTED ALL HIS DOWN PAYMENT  MONEY RETURN TO HIM.  I INFORM MR. [redacted] TWO DAYS LATER THAT WE CAN NOT RETURN THE DOWN PAYMENT TO HIM BECAUSE THE VEHICLE FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONTRACT THAT HE SIGN WAS COMPLETED THRU THE FINANCED COMPANY WITHOUT ANY OTHER DOWN PAYMENT NEEDED OR TERM EXTENDED. MR. [redacted] HAS BEEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE FOR 30 DAYS NOW AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT THE BANK HAD GIVEN HIM ORIGINALLY.  MR. [redacted] WAS NEVER FORCE TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP FROM A&A AUTO SALES, HE WILLINGLY PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND IS CURRENTLY DRIVING THE VEHICLE.  IN REGARDS TO HIS AUTOMOTIVE INSURANCE IT IS CUSTOMARY THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO HAVE INSURANCES ON THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. WHICH FOR THAT WE DON'T KNOW HIS COMPLAIN BECAUSE HE PICK THE VEHICLE UP AND IS STILL CURRENTLY DRIVING THE VEHICLE. MR. [redacted] STILL OWE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF $125 BALANCED TO COMPLETE HIS DOWN PAYMENT AGREEMENT THAT IS CURRENTLY PAST DUE. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS IN REGARDS WITH THIS MATTER. THANK YOU.   P.S. I'M ATTACHING A INSURANCE AGREEMENT THAT MR. [redacted] SIGN TO MAINTAIN INSURANCE ON THE VEHICLE ACCORDING TO THE BANKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.   Ahmad Salamah

I am rejecting this response because:
On June 2nd [redacted] bought a Dodge Avenger on  SaturdayJune 3rd.  [redacted] return the vehicle to the dealer for replacement of battery on June 5th [redacted] kept the car till June 12th on June 12th I took the car back for some issues   At that time they told me I couldn't be financed under the old contract, A new contract  was offer to me, I refused the new contract. After refusing the new contract I asked for a refund Mark told him that he wasn't sure how much of a refund he would get back  the dealer would have to keep some of the money. On June 16th 2017 I call for my refund and they told me I was financed under old contract I was never informed of that the deal they  never call me. The dealer was forcing me to purchase the vehicle. That  contract was actually bought on the 16th of June by the finance company which forces him to take the vehicle even after they told me I was getting a  refund this would force him into a voluntary repossession of the vehicle if he had not called or picked up the vehicle would have been a voluntary repossession. According to what I'm reading  by the AA Auto Sales on your email that is not true information that is false information they never called and my parents were with me the whole time I was at the dealer. We have insurance records showing that the car was issued on June 5nd the day of purchase when we were told about the refund we cancelled the insurance off the vehicle which was June 13th we also have phone records showing the dealer never called to inform me of anything contract. We have phone records showing that the dealer AA Auto Sales never called to inform us of anything we have proof that we put insurance on the vehicle on June 5th as well as proof of cancellation of the vehicle due to the understanding we were getting a refund.

Purchasing a vehicle at auction where it was clearly indicated with mechanical issues and then selling it on without making any attempt to repair.

The sales person blatantly lied to me about the mechanical issues of the vehicle, despite me asking him and when I saw the auction documentation it was all clearly detailed when they purchased it. They made absolutely no attempted to repair and just turned straight around and sold it to me knowing all the issues. I've sent them a letter and haven't received a response.
