This is a very large salvage yard with tons of items, unfortunately the customer service here is so poor, any customer can see why their inventory rich. A man who goes by the name [redacted], answers the phone using curse words and swears at the customer. Upon arriving, the person named [redacted] is too busy watching TV to acknowledge your presence. They will not let you tour the yard without someone to drive with you, unfortunately no one is available to go, so you can't buy or look for anything. After 30 minutes of waiting, which was 29 minutes too long, I found what I needed. I brought it inside to get a price, he offered me way more than what others were offering for the same item, and refused to negotiate. He insulted me for trying to negotiate then told me to get out. I was more than cordial, I even offered to shake his hand, his response was "I don't shake hands." What a coward in my book. This man needs a lesson in customer service, or at least a lesson in some manners. This company would be better off hiring some new employees, new management and firing their current staff including this [redacted] person. They could possibly turn a profit and be a good place to do business and help the community of Rapid City. They are a cancer to society.
