I recently bought foreclosure Flat roof, parapets, interior and exterior all needed lot of work Its OK since I practically stole the house Probably got bids total for all of the work Aabrite was the only one who gave me a price on all jobs Total was $8,with zero deposit Zero deposit makes me happy This guy is either really trusting or knows what hes doing Said something about this and he joked he knows where I live Lotta truth to that I suppose Checked them with Revdex.com, ***, Arizona ROC and google Good reviews in general They were booked about a week when I told them I wanted to do the work Said yes on a Monday and they started following Wednesday Took days to complete, Wed-Sun Yes they worked Sat and Sun Said they were taking off Monday before starting next job Never seemed rushed My writing isnâ t perfect, but Iâ m picky about work and not afraid to tell people this At the end had them do touchups on the roof, exterior n interiorTwo hours total They didnâ t argue and no problem doing what I asked For me this is home run compared to other contractors Iâ ve used If they please me 99% of you will be happy toGive stars on European (real) scale and stars on happy happy American scale

I Had a leak on my flat roof and called AA Brite 24/7 upon advice from my next door neighbor. [redacted] the crew leader was at my house in less than an hour. Though she said she lived a few blocks a way so I'm sure this helped with the speed. Had the roof temporarily patched. Then had quality restoration dry out the interior and fix the sheetrock. AA Brite then coated my roof with a white liquid rubber and also repainted the exterior. They are not cheap but I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend and will use them again when the roof needs recoating.

I bought a little house last year and had AA Brite paint it. They were on time, communicated well, did a nice job protecting my natural wood ceilings and cleaned up after they left. The price was very affordable and I liked how [redacted] the owner wanted my feedback after the job was done. I highly recommend them!
