All work shall conform with UCC and the current edition of the international mechanical code as adopted by PA L&I.  A CO detector must be installed for each residential job.  You must call Steve at ###-###-#### 24 hours prior to the start of the job and any required inspections.  Permit fees will be double if work begins before permits are issued.
