Review: I dropped off a sizable order last week--26 pieces--picking it up two days ago. At the time I dropped the order off, I told the owner the total pieces in the order (I had inventoried them before dropping them off), and he specifically agreed after counting them up that my math was correct.

When I went to pick them up, they were bundled and dropped directly into my vehicle so that an inventory at the time wasn't possible. Upon checking the clothes today, I discovered a pair of light grey pants from one of my wife's best suits was missing.

When I called to inquire about the missing pants, the owner directly contradicted the size of the order that I had dropped off, and even denied that he would ever have confirmed the size of the order at the time. Because when I collected the order the owner took and kept the tickets, I have no paper record of the order, only my personal inventory from before dropping off the laundry.

It's bad enough that, both times I've gone there, they've managed to botch the job (the first time they gave included someone else's clothes in our order and left out one of ours, which I had to go back to retrieve). But to lie to a customer about your own practices is unacceptable. The owner was rude and insulting on the phone, and a cursory search of internet rating sites shows that this isn't out of character for the manager here.Desired Settlement: I would like to retrieve my wife's property and never deal with this business again.

In addition to the return of our property (which is necessary), a written apology from the owner regarding his lying to me would be welcomed, but isn't necessary.
