I'm not satisfied with it cause they haven't done nothing but empty promises And now they want to replace my lost iPod with one they have laying around there store or iPod Frankenstein something he made in the back Nope not gonna get off easy with me do it right or we are in court among other things I fell that you had your time to make it right

I did pick up my second iPod on that date . What she failed to mention was the crack on the top right corner . And the entire left side isn't glued down in fact its not glued at all . At the time when I was picking it up I pressed on the left side and she informed me that if I do that I will crack the new screen . This is a iPod touch which also belongs to a child . I also called from another line and asked if they replace LCD's when they replace there screens she informed me they don't . So going by three other locations who do replace them have written me statements saying that my devices will have a short live span (1 or 2 months) Apple also says they need replaced when replacing screens but they no longer do this service you just trade in for a new iPod . I believe this is there way of getting people to come back in at least from all the ones I spoke to as they left there store and the statements that they sent to me on my email . So I guess my complaint has gone from a company who lost my iPod to a company who took my money and refuses to do the work they were paid to do .
