After having a terrible contractor leave my bathroom remodel half finished, I had to find someone to come in and fix both drywall and tile workI worked with Carlos and his team and my experience was absolutely incredible! Carlos and his team were always on time, they took the time to explain all the repairs they would be making, their work was incredible and their price was incredibly reasonableI would recommend them to a friend and I won't ever be using any other contractor!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by A&A Contractors and they went beyond my expectations. I was a little leery about hiring someone from Craigslist, but I am so HAPPY I did! When I say these guys are PERFECTIONISTS, believe me. They are also very neat and will make sure they clean the area before leaving at the end of day. I had several friends and family say they just cannot believe how beautiful my bathroom is now. They make sure you are involved in the remodel every step of the way instead of just assuming. I will be hiring them to remodel my kitchen next. Kudos to these guys - keep up the good work!!

Review: I had roughly 800 sq feet of drywall installed. Within 2 weeks there were 5 cracks in the walls. I fixed 2 of them myself and A&A fixed the other 3 . They came out quickly and did the repair. I did have other complaints about the quality of the finish work. A&A did come out and correct some of the problems. Apparently they have turned to subcontractors to do some of their work because they were so busy. The regular crew came and made repairs. About 6-7 weeks after the drywall was installed, 3 large cracks developed in the ceiling. Anywhere from 6-12 feet in length. A&A was to come out and look at the problem , but never did. They claim the house is settling. This home is 22yrs old. I had several other contractors out and they said that is incorrect. Something was done wrong during the installation. The house is not settling! The house is designed and built to hold the weight of drywall. The proof is that if it was settling, the second floor drywall would be cracking also. No other drywall cracks were found in the home. The only drywall cracking was the stuff that A&A installed. I was later told that they would come and repair the drywall a year later after it was done cracking . A&A claim this is an industry standard, but I have not found any contractor that agrees with this. Drywall should not crack if installed properly. A&A will not return phone calls, text messages, or emails. They also refuse to send me an invoice which I requested at time of completion. It was in the mail they claim.Desired Settlement: I would like the work repaired or a refund

So I can have the problem repaired by another contractor.
