I am rejecting this response because:As detailed when they called - the dentist refused to treat me, did not perform any examination of me personally and did no work whatsoever.  His professional review was therefore meaningless and he recorded inaccurate information (claimed non-existent decay) in his record to cover up his unprofessional and incompetent exam.  The tooth was found decay free by a subsequent dentist who did repair the filling refused by AA Dental.  I should not be required to pay for non-existent treatment.The call made to me by AA Dental was also meaningless since they did not have any desire for my input and only made the call to help their response look like they attempted to resolve.After 14 years of calling AA Dental my dentist for me and my wife, they have discarded it all for an undeserved fee.  Very sad.[redacted]
