COI was emailed to JillianShe responded back with the form filled up however the form wasn't filled up properly so we have again email her back to call us so we can better assist herAt this point we are working with another client ( SOUTHSIDE UNITED - LOS SURES c/o T*** ***) who has an event for Saturday 7/**/16, who also needs both DCA and Insurance for the Mayor's OfficeSince we were still in the process of getting our DCA licence and will not get it on time for both Jillian's event and Talticia's eventWe have been working with another entertainment company, ALL IN ON ENTERTAINMENT, and was going to provide us with the DCA Licence and Insurance to use their bouncer for both eventsWe have been working and in contact with Anna Carthen, Brooklyn Borough Manager for citywide event coordination and management from the Office of the Mayor of New York City all day Thursday 7/**/as well as John, owner of All in one entertainmentWe were also speaking to Jillian the whole time informing her that we have been handling her event and gave her our word that we will be able to work it out and push through with her eventOn Thursday evening 7/**/at 5:pm we were on the phone the whole time speaking with Jillian for mins and confirming and assuring her that we will have everything done before her partyWe have left off that we will call her in the morning to reconfirm everything as soon as we spoke to AnnaOn Friday, 7/**/16, At exactly 10:AM, Anna gave us the thumbs up and confirmed all our events for this weekend and called Jillian and left her a message that we are all good for the eventsAt 3pm in the afternoon Jillian called the company demanding that we should forward her deposit of $to ***We informed her that we have not been associated with clowns.com and we will not be able to do that since we have everything approved for her eventShe ended cancelling her event with us and unfortunately as stated on the contract her Deposit in Non-refundable

Blue ballon did not have the necessary documentation to fulfill their contract obligation and didn't  perform the  business that was agreed upon in the contract.

Blue Balloon Parties had been working along side All in One Entertainment for any paperwork necessary required by the New York State. Not only we have provide the DCA license for Ms. Jillian for her Sunday event, We also have provided a DCA license for another client/company (South Side United -Los Sures ) for a Saturday event. Services for the other client was rendered, performed and was completely satisfied.Jillian's event was not completed for the sole reason that the client have double book another company for the same services and requested our company to cancelled the reservation 2 days prior the date of the event. In the event that Blue Balloon was UNABLE to render the services we would be have gladly refunded her the deposit made, But in Jillian's case Blue Balloon was 100% CAPABLE of doing the event and have worked diligently to get the paperwork done for her event. A green light was given to Blue Balloon to perform the services for Jillian party from the Mayor's office but Jillian still decided to book another company.However because we are committed in providing the best and highest level is service and we take pride in ensuring our customer satisfaction, we will be giving Jillian a $200 credit that is to be used the her next event.
