Review: I was approved for financing through Crest Financial

I purchased a LG mini system. the price was $ 619.00 I was charged $1,000.I asked why there was $400 tax .They gave me some crazy reason

The price then went down to $800.I signed for financing. the price on my receipt for the mini system says $ 734.79 sales tax 65.71 total $800.

Upon leaving the store I saw the mini system being sold at many stores for $197-$199.

I notified the store they didn't know what to say .

I contacted the finance co.

I refused the delivery.

They are charging 4 Times more.

I refuse to pay $800 for a $200 mini system

This is crazy.Desired Settlement: I want the mini system for no more then $200 or a little higher, or cancel my order for full refund to crest financial. This is robbery. I am not paying for something not in my possession. or paying 4 x more.

Review: they pressured me into signing a contract and stuck me with 1000+ dollars bill for a 600 dollar tv. they did not tell me the real price until after I signed. I asked them directly many times what the final price will be and they kept ignoring me. then after I signed it the receipt showed the real price. so I returned the tv that same day and they would not take it back or give me back the credit. they do have a return policy and didnt even honor it. so now im paying twice the amount for a 600 dollar tv. and if I dont pay it, they will go into my ssi money and take it. Also they didnt give me the contract I signed. they told me to sign a paper, (the reciept) and made a hard inquiry on my credit and gave me the tv. I had to call crest financial to get the copy of my agreement. aa electronics are not professional at all.Desired Settlement: take back the tv and either let me exchange it for one thats worth the 1000 dollars im paying or just give me back the money I was paying for the tv and let me return the tv. it should not be this hard for them to do.

Review: on 12/**/2013 I enter store AA Electronics Inc. [redacted], where I went to purchase an Samsung Galaxy S 4 Head Phones, During my whole ordeal the store clerk continue sale me a product at higher price then other retails stores The price tag for the head phones where 59.99. The clerk stated that the head phones were on sale for 30 dollars. Another clerk stated that the headphones were a good price and that she would give it to me for 25 dollars. I felt that the price was still too high and proceeded to leave the store. The clerk began to cohere me into buying the head phones and stated that it was a good product. I have a pair that came with my phone and knew that they were a good item and was willing to pay for a good product. I purchased the product for 25 dollars, 27.22 with tax. Upon making a phone call I realized that the mic on the headphones did not work. I read the return policy and It reads as follows; Return policy: 7 day exchange only no refunds; There is a 25% restocking fee on any exchanged items. No return exchange or store credit without original receipt or box. No refunds on layaway are good for 180 days

NO EXCHANGES ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

The clerks at the store strategically sold the defected merchandise to me which was over priced and the companies policy makes it almost impossible to get my money backDesired Settlement: I would like to return my item for a refund

Review: Purchased a used laptop with the promise that it would be insured and the computer stopped powering on. I went to the store to get the problem resolved. I was told I had no insurance and it was nothing they can do I needed to send it to the manufacturer Hewlett Packard. I called Hewlett-Packard and I was told that it was a hardware issue that the store needed to handle. I bought the lap top in January and the manager was rude and not helpful. I paid for a service that they claim I didn't. Also they urged me to purchase this laptop over the one I wanted.Desired Settlement: To at least give me another laptop and I give the one that's not powering on back to the store.
