I am rejecting this response because:That was not explained at the time of my orderThey also charged my credit card for shipping when they
knew that the item was on back order for 2-weeksWhen I called to ask about my item I was first told that the order had been cancelled due to a price change, and was apologized to because no one had contacted meI asked why I had not received a refund if the order had been cancelled and they had no explanation for thatWhen I requested the item be reordered and be overnight shipped to me I was given a quote directly from them for $for overnight shipping, I was given this price when they STILL did not have my item to even send me, so they were AGAIN going to charge me for shipping when they didn't even have the item to sendI told them I was not going to be double charged for shipping and I then reached out via email after I had wrote a review on google and finally spoke to another person who gave me a COMPLETELY different story, and that was when I was informed that my item was not in stock and was on back orderI told them I could not wait that long and requested that my money be refunded in fullI should have been informed at the time of my initial order that there was a 2-week wait and they definitely should not have charged me for the shipping until my item was being sent to meAfter I told them I could not wait this long for my item they finally issued my refundI also informed them that I would no longer be doing business with a company that can not give me a straight answer and lies to me continuously
