I signed a contract with A&A Granite on Feb 29, 2012. This was to install granite countertops in my house. I paid him $850 on that day. He came out to measure and draw a template sometime in March and we paid him another $850. We owe him another $850 at the time of installation. He was scheduled to install the countertops on April 23. He called on April 22 and needed to reschedule. He was to come out on Sunday, April 29 at noon. He did not come nor call. I have tried to reach him by phone - he does not answer and his mailbox is full. I have tried to fax him a letter, the fax is disconnected. I have been out to the business on ([redacted]) twice - no one is there. I have mailed him a letter asking for my money back. I have also called the Attorney General.
