Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The offer that A&A is making is not conclusive for the contractual obligations in our contract with them For example, they have not completed their scope of work (install hot water heater and sidewalk on the front of my home) During the last months on the job, a punch list was put in place addressing the many flaws in their workmanship This list was ongoing and every time a draw was requested, I paid them and got confirmation from Mr [redacted] that these PUNCHLIST items would be completed at the end of the contract prior to inspection Those items have not been addressed and I have asked numerous times via email and verbally for a schedule and plan for completion My home has not had final point up for drywall and the interior and exterior requires caulk, drywall and paint The county inspector does not consider cosmetic items as code failures [redacted] came to my home last Friday when the inspector was here I had put blue tape on all the flawed areas and they just ignored them and never mentioned when they would complete the actions involved I will send the inspectors rejection to [redacted] for the records I spoke to the inspector and he said that they could not enforce cosmetic issues upon the contractor [redacted] Once [redacted] commits and agrees to complete all the PUNCHLIST items and the inspection items, I would entertain monetary consideration for items not completed Regards, [redacted] ***
