Review: I rented a 15 passenger van on April 03, 2013 from A & A 2 Auto Rental, and on April 04, 2013 before leaving to go to a family funeral as I was loading luggage into the rear of the van, I noticed a spare tire mounted under the van, so I reached under to check it, and I noticed it was flat, so I remembered what the lady [redacted] told me, that if I had any problems that they had a 24 hour road side assistance number. So I left for my trip hoping that I did not get a flat tire. So on April 08, 2013 the van was returned and I told the guy that came out to check the van that the spare tire was flat, and he told me that I changed the tire, which I told him I did not. So he said, everything was okay, and the lady [redacted] inside was informed about the tire being flat before the van was driven off of the lot, and she said that is fine, everything is okay. And so a couple of weeks later I get a bill from my credit card company showing I was charged $250.00 for a tire, which I never changed the tire, so I called A & A Auto Rental on April 23, 2013 at 3:45 p.m. and spoke to [redacted], and she told me that she never told me that I could have waited around to make sure everything was okay, and she said she never told me everything was okay. Then she let me speak to [redacted] the manager, and he told me that I was just simply out of $250.00. So I asked him how often has he done this, and his response was maybe three times a year, he has done it to a African-American, Asian or Hispanic, so I should not feel like I'm the only one that this has happened to. So I told him there was nothing else for me to say, I would have to deal with it at a higher level than him, because I am not going to just let somebody just take $250.00 from me for something I did not do. So this is why I am here, it is just down right robbery, why would I go through the trouble of changing a flat tire on a 15 pass. van, when all I had to do was call the 24 hour road side asst. number to change it, I need Your help to stop these people from doing this.
