VERY rudeCalled because my bathroom was floodingFigured out the situation with my friend before they arrived, and upon calling to cancel, the plumber dispatched used a very rude tone and began questioning me if I'd called another plumberI did not call anyone else out, and even if I did, that would not be of his concernThe plumber also hung up on me upon receiving that informationI understand being frustrated over the drive, but I've been in customer service, and that kind of attitude is exactly how you lose businessThe way he handled the situation was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONALIf that is how JC plumbing chosen to treat a new (and distraught due to the situation) customer, then obviously they do not appreciate the business or have any value of good customer serviceDo not use JC plumbingNo one deserves to be treated like that
We needed a plumber on a Saturday with short notice for some new installation problems and re-plumbing on a new sink. They sent a couple of guys over in a couple of hours, which is remarkable. They were professional and prepared and they fixed our problem without any delay.
I will call these guys again.
