Review: AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST! We are a purchasing company for several Fortune 50 companies across the US & Canada. We have a sterling reputation and are known for our on-time delivery. We always call to verify price an lead time before placing any order. We had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with [redacted]. His candor at that time was unusually laid back and he couldn't provide any information about the product requested. We provided him with A&A Industrial's own part number, & he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about. He did however tell us that it had a lead time of 7-10 business days... which is a red flag since he had no idea what product we were calling about. Before the call was over, he hung up on us. Against better judgment, my end user requested that we place the order online. That order was placed on 5/14 for 2 shipping containers on behalf of our customer. We then called a few days later to get status, but had to leave a message. We called every other day thereafter but never receive a single phone call in return, so I began to email, and email, and email again. Having no status or response from the vendor & now creeping up on 2 weeks since the order was placed (5/26), the phone was answered by [redacted]. He informed me that he had problems charging our credit card and he had been trying to call, which I thought to be strange since I left my direct line on every voicemail. That information is also listed at the bottom of each email. This is the same credit card that I use more than 10 times a day for the past couple of months, and I am only 1 of 20 other buyers here that use that same card. I have also used it every day since. He then "promised me" that he would call back before lunch on the following day (5/27); SURPRISE, no phone call. I called back today and he answered. I said "[redacted]?" He wanted to know who was calling before confirming that it was him, but it was obvious who it was. I told him who I was and he immediately hung up.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund so I can purchase this product elsewhere.

Review: Whom it may concern,I had made an official request for a quote for a product via the companies web site. This was the only way to acquire a price for the item I was interested in. The request went unanswered. I sent a second request stating the item was needed as soon as possible. There still was no response. The item needed was for a job that was on hold until the specific item had been acquired. The following week I sent a message via the online contact us format. I stated that the service I had NOT received was in poor fashion. I then received a reply via email stating that the item was not available and that the company had notified me. This is a false statement. I tried to respond to them stating I was interested in whatever options they may be able to provide. In return I was sent a threatening negative response stating "Don't contact us ever again or you will be reported as a stalker. I don't believe this is even a licensed business. I tried to seek out a supervisor or manager to aid me with this hostile action. I believe that the "business" is owned and operated by the same individual. This lack of professionalism has been emotionally taxing and frustrating to say the least. I am sure that this ordeal has had an impact on final financial outcome of my project. Please help this business realize that consumers expect professional and courteous service. Business ethics and moral principles should be followed when engaged in business. Thank You for your consideration and assisting me with this grievance.Desired Settlement: I would like the opportunity to purchase the desired product at a fair market price without prejudice. I feel this company perceives this customer to be not as profitable as they may be accustomed too. Thus the attitude and blatant disregard towards me has little or no consequence to them. I feel I should have the same opportunity to purchase their products as any other customer big or small. Treated with dignity and respect and an appreciation for my patronage.
