I sent 5 sweaters and 1 work shirt to be dry cleaned. Two of the sweaters came back with holes in them. The work shirt was still dirty. I spoke to the manager T[redacted] and she said to send them back and they would fix the situation. When I spoke to her she said said they would reimburse me 75.00 for the damaged sweaters and would send my work shirt back cleaned. She also said there would be no charge for my monthly bill. When I received the sweaters and shirt back they had an invoice on there with an amount due. I called T[redacted] to make sure I was not going to be charged she confirmed there would be no charge for the month. On February 27th I received a charge of 68.24 on my credit card. I have left 4 messages to London Cleaners to find out why I was charged. Nobody including the manager T[redacted] has called me back. I feel my good sweaters were damaged and I was lied to. They provided me with the worst service I can remember. I want only what the manager told me, $75.00 to cover sweater damages and no charge for February. As of today they have not fullfilled their commitment they made to me to resolve this issue
