Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It was not a week before it stopped working again, it was three days, I got the repairs on a Wednesday and it stopped working on Saturday .Because it was on that Saturday evening I couldn't contact the facility, I went back to Aamco on that Monday and they were to busy to check my vehicle which led to me coming back Tuesday to get it checked Sincerely, [redacted]

We have told this customer that we have given him a receipt. The loan company is a third party company that we help customer with. A paid in full receipt would need to come from them. We have told Mr*** that if something should come up that we would stand up with him.
The loan company has told both of us that a receipt would be mailed after days.Thank You *** ***General Manager

The customer vehicle was correctly diagnosed. The belt was completely missing. The tensioner was broke. Indicating that the belt tensioner needed to be replaced. The customer returned and was told the belt was broke again. The A/C compressor was locked up.
Had the A/C compressor been bad at the initial inspection the A/C would not have worked for a week. The customer was given a price to replace the compressor minus the labor that was charged initially and declined repairs. Thank you

We did nothing that could have damaged this customer air conditioner. The customer car was towed in to us. We checked car out and told him of the finding. The customer would not come in to the store to go over the multi inspection that we did for him. Which by the way
was completely free. The customer has nothing coming to him. We did no repairs of any charge

This customer has been issued a credit. At this time customer has no problem. Cant help if she does not bring back to the shop
