Review: I had a patio installed by [redacted] which was incomplete on one side, where they were supposed to return and install a small cement wall to keep the stones from moving. I called repeatedly over several months, and the contractor finally came back to the house and agreed to return to install the wall and fix the rain damage which had occurred in the subsequent waiting time, now several months to a year old. The contractor never returned, now winter has made the damage even worse and instead of one course of stone being ruined, there are two courses of stone now involved. I only want to save my patio from more damage.Desired Settlement: I only want him to return and fix the damage and install the cement wall to prevent it happening again. In addition, I have other work I would like him to do on some broken cement steps, which I will gladly pay for as a new/separate charge.
