I purchased a mobile chair from this company in August 2013. The chair could not be used in the house and I have COPD and could not use it during those month due to cold weather. Now that the weather is nice I tried to use it. The battery would not charge, so I called the company. They came out and said the battery had gone bad. He said the battery should have been charged every day even if I didn't use it, but he didn't tell me that when it was delivered and they are saying I am at fault and they will not be replacing them and I feel the opposite (they are at fault).
