company for services of countertops. Our company has made attempts to [redacted] who is the supplier involved
about ordering Santa Cecilia granite as clients selected. Client informed our company of the expectations
regarding what stone they should receive and how and what the company should incorporate and should
not into their tops before any measurements were even ever taken. Two sets of granite slabs of Santa
Cecilia had arrived at our location in Springfield from the supplier and were shown to the customer
[redacted] upon which on both occasions they were rejected saying it is not the granite they had selected
at [redacted]. Our company has no control what the customer sees and puts on hold because [redacted]'s location is
in Lenexa, Kansas. We have no authority over [redacted] but to call and order the material from the company. It
is [redacted] employees who load the slabs, and deliver to their vendors all over the states.

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] goes into their facility to look at slabs and requests certain slabs be sent to the

delivered when all the slabs look the same. Santa Cecilia is known to be a widely known granite throughout
the U.S. In rare instances do you find some variations with the slabs because each slab mimics the same
colors or close to.
The [redacted]'s were difficult right from the beginning. From rejecting everything we had offered such as
sinks and granite, to offending our company and reputation. I had noticed that the [redacted]'s could not
be satisfy no matter what I did or how hard I tried helping them. I told Mrs. [redacted] I was willing to return
her deposit as soon as I had the available funds in the account. She then proceeded to say that would be
what they wanted.
No one from our company said that they would not get back their deposit. For there are emails going back
and forth between Mrs. [redacted] and I suggesting I will mail her a deposit as soon as we can.
