Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response...
because:The home is still not habit[redacted]. They had the duct connections sealed in concrete from where they took the home and said they would buy new ones. They also from the beginning said that even though I was buying a used home, they followed fha guidelines and would repair all the walls and windows and any damage done to the home. They measured the window tha was broke and said they ordered it, but never brought it out. The door knobs they brought have locks but no keys. The used wood is still laying out on the ground and they did not finish repairing the home. The worker that came out said they were not spending any more money and that the home was too far out to send people to keep working on it. Since my complaint, they sent 2 men on one day to work on the home. They framed in the one door and put the seal on the floor. They were supposed to level the home per the contract and you have to shove the door to close it and it scrapes off the floor every time. I can send pictures and can have letters of accountability of the unfinished home. They do not communicate with me either. I have a log of our communication. They did buy wood as the home was missing logs and they replaced those, but as far as the rest of the home, they did not finish it. I want them to please make the home so we can live in it.
