Review: There were broken items, they would not allow us to put in a claim. They said we could not put in a claim while still maintaining a unit there. Also there were two glass tables missing, a large glass computer desk, and a large black glass TV stand it held a 46in TV. They claim that my husband removed these items, he didn't and they know it, they have cameras covering all exits and entrances. This company deals with the Department of Social Services, which should not make a difference, but it does. From the time they picked-up our stuff, they dropped our washer down the stairs. I know we are not the only people this has happened to, and I hope other people will voice there experiences with this company.Desired Settlement: This is not to make money, but to let this company know that no matter what circumstances clients come to you, you can't just destroy or take their belongings. Their attitude is one of indifference. I would like them to pay $100.00. My tables alone are worth more. Just something so they know there is consequences.
