We had a huge locust tree stump in our yard and TC did an excellent job removing it. . First of all he arrived on time,was courteous,professional and was very reasonably priced.
After having 5 trees taken down last September by a tree service in the area, they never returned to grind out the stumps. After numerous promises to send someone out, they never did. Thank goodness I did not pay in advance for the removal. I contacted 3 other companies and only one made the effort to show up. I received a verbal quote and an estimated return to do the job in a week to ten days. Again, I never heard back from them even after several phone calls. I saw an ad in the newspaper for "TC Stump Removal." I called and requested a quote. Within a half hour, my call was returned and the gentleman made an appointment to stop by later that day. He was prompt and courteous . I received a written quote at the time and an estimated time frame of 1 to 2 weeks because of the rainy weather. About ten day later I received a phone call indicating he would be by the following Monday to remove the stumps. He was a man of his word and was there on time as promised. He did an excellent job of removal, made a great effort to do as little damage as possible, because of the softness of the ground; to the yard and flower beds. This was greatly appreciated. The cleanup was fantastic and a majority of the chips were hauled away. There are still companies that care and I would recommend "TC Stump Removal" to anyone that is looking for excellent service.
