After having trees taken down last September by a tree service in the area, they never returned to grind out the stumps After numerous promises to send someone out, they never did Thank goodness I did not pay in advance for the removal I contacted other companies and only one made the effort to show up I received a verbal quote and an estimated return to do the job in a week to ten days Again, I never heard back from them even after several phone calls I saw an ad in the newspaper for "TC Stump Removal." I called and requested a quote Within a half hour, my call was returned and the gentleman made an appointment to stop by later that day He was prompt and courteous I received a written quote at the time and an estimated time frame of to weeks because of the rainy weather About ten day later I received a phone call indicating he would be by the following Monday to remove the stumps He was a man of his word and was there on time as promised He did an excellent job of removal, made a great effort to do as little damage as possible, because of the softness of the ground; to the yard and flower beds This was greatly appreciated The cleanup was fantastic and a majority of the chips were hauled away There are still companies that care and I would recommend "TC Stump Removal" to anyone that is looking for excellent service
