A A Plumbing Inc.

We moved into our new home on 5/1/13.On 5/5 we realized we had no hot water My husband called AA Plumbing (the name on the receipt and in phone book but different name according to your records address and phone are the same). On 5/7 Dave and Brent-arrived separately, one (whichever had the Heimlich performed on him that day) checked the water heater after we told him the pilot would light but wouldnt stay lit. I kept asking if it was the gas. No response He then states that we could either have a coupling for $225 or a new water heater for $950 He furthermore said that the water heater would need to be replaced soon, since it was 8 or 9 years old, that they only last about 10 years. So my husband decided to get the water heater,They replaced the water heater, however the pilot would NOT light.So he checks the gas to find that the gas line had been clamped . As I had stated earlier we had just recently moved in With the technicians still here, I called the gas co. & evidently on 5/5 the previous owner had the gas shut off out of his name. Once, we found this out, I told the technicians to put our water heater back His exact words were, I just threw it in the back of the truck, it will not work now. I was furious, so he said that our home warranty may cover it in which we did not have one. While I was on the phone with the gas company, he conversed with my husband, gave him a receipt and must have then added to the receipt that already stated the HWH pilot will not stay lit. ADDED From a leak in the tank. He left while I was still on the phone. Not sure when his side-kick left. It didnt dawn on me until he left that he was covering his butt!On 5/13 finally spoke with Monica & then Raphael. After several conversations over a few days, He stated, The CEO had decided their technicians had done nothing wrong Checking the gas WAS NOT part of the trouble shooting process. If I had a problem with mygas grill staying lit,I would not throw it in a truck,I'd get a new gas tank.
