A & A Plumbing Reviews (2)

I hired this plumbing company to perform the simple task of resetting two toilets that were leaking around the bases and to rod out the septic lines because the toilets were flushing slowlyThis company sent out a crew and they worked two days and accomplished nothing but to make things worse! After the second day, I was left without use of one of the bathrooms entirely, as when they were rooting around in the lines inside the home, they dislodged a bunch of stuff and ended up clogging part of the system completely, then they left for several days When they finally returned the next week, they resumed their attempts to unclog the lines, to no avail After another day, they left and when I called to find out when they were going to return and finish the job, I was told that they were finishedAt that point I was left with two toilets still leaking from the base, a shower and tub that would hardly drain, and one toilet that couldn't be flushed at all or it would overflow! In the very beginning I asked them to install a cleanout and to rod the system from the outside, like any competent plumber would do, and after spending three days fiddling around inside the home doing nothing but making a mess and making the problems worse, they finally did what I had requested in the beginning and it wasn't but a couple of hours and the problem was fixedThis job could've been done in just a few hours on the first day, but instead, the job was dragged out over several days, during over a weeks time! The final bill was over $and over $of that bill was due to either the incompetence of the crew, or willful malingering in order to allow them to rack up more hours for billing purposes, in my opinionI received a quote from another plumbing contractor for installing a COMPLETE NEW gallon septic system AND all the associated field lines at my other home for only $3000.00, so I'm pretty sure that this company overcharged significantly as all they ended up doing was to reset two toilets and unclog a sewer line I do not recommend this company, as they do not appear to be competent, and they charge excessively

This job could've been done in just a few hours on the first day, but instead, the job was dragged out over several days, during over a weeks time! The final bill was over $3300.00 and over $2500.00 of that bill was due to either the incompetence of the crew, or willful malingering in order to allow them to rack up more hours for billing purposes, in my opinion. I received a quote from another plumbing contractor for installing a COMPLETE NEW 1000 gallon septic system AND all the associated field lines at my other home for only $3000.00, so I'm pretty sure that this company overcharged significantly as all they ended up doing was to reset two toilets and unclog a sewer line. I do not recommend this company, as they do not appear to be competent, and they charge excessively.
