Buyer has never attempt to contact our dealership. After two weeks of no communication and not paying remaining balance, non-paying bidder/non-performing buyer case was filed through [redacted]. Case was...

Review: Used car dealer, will not return deposit on a vehicle which I did not purchase. They have no contractual, legal or business recourse to not refund contingent deposit to sale of vehicle. Once vehicle is relisted the forego the ability of providing me with first right of refusal. Please look up rules for used car dealers on Department of Consumer Affairs. They are obligated to refund.
